Agreement
Last updated: 8 November 2026. These terms govern use of Blind Replay. The operator name is Blind Replay and its legal identity has not been independently verified. By using the application you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. The intended minimum user age is 13.
Educational simulation only
Blind Replay provides synthetic educational charts, manual replay and simulated account calculations. It is not a broker, exchange, adviser, financial intermediary or execution service. No real orders are placed and no real assets or cash are held. Content is general education, not personalized investment, legal or tax advice.
Model limitations
OHLC data cannot establish an intrabar price sequence. The simulator uses a disclosed stop-first rule when protection and target both touch. Zero-volume bars defer execution; missing volume means liquidity is not modeled. Slippage and proportional fees are simplified. The model does not simulate exchange calendars, depth, T+1, price limits, dividends, all taxes or broker-specific restrictions. Simulated fills do not guarantee obtainable market prices.
Your decisions and records
You are responsible for the assumptions, quantities, stops and interpretation you choose. Method labels do not run a method engine or certify an analysis. Formal sessions move forward only; submitted decisions are immutable. Ending a session reveals information and may force a modeled settlement. No-trade sessions are permitted. Repeating a known sample is separately identified.
Your content and permissions
You retain rights in your notes and imported content. Import only material you are permitted to use. You choose where to send exports and are responsible for their disclosure. Local data may be lost if the app is removed, the device fails or a backup is unavailable. Export a backup before uninstalling. We do not guarantee recovery of missing local records.
License and acceptable use
You receive a personal, nonexclusive right to use the application subject to applicable law and platform terms. You may not misuse it to infringe rights, interfere with security, distribute malicious files or claim that synthetic results are verified investment performance. Built-in original lessons and synthetic samples may be used within the application; this does not grant ownership of the application itself.
Fees and availability
This version has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, advertising or paid trading services. Store price and regional availability are controlled by the publisher. Features may change with updates. We do not promise uninterrupted access to external policy hosting; the core simulator is designed for offline use.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is supplied as available without a guarantee of profitability, market accuracy or fitness for a particular financial purpose. You should not use simulated returns as evidence of future performance. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by your applicable law.
