About Blind Replay
Practice decisions without seeing future bars. The app is an offline, educational long-only simulator with synthetic datasets and user-imported CSV files. Version 1.0.0. No account, payment or brokerage connection is required.
Start a practice session
Choose Start Blind Session, select a dataset and frozen account settings, then submit an Observe or Long plan. A Long plan needs a valid stop before a buy intent can be submitted. Orders wait for the next tradable opening, rather than filling at the current close.
Saving and recovery
Submitted actions are saved locally in a SQLite transaction. The account can be rebuilt from immutable decision events. Pause and return to the session hall to continue later. The app pauses playback in the background and when a panel opens. Return does not restart playback automatically.
Why an order did not fill
Check the decision trail for insufficient cash after costs, invalid protection after a gap, a pending order, an already open position or a zero-volume candle. Missing volume differs from zero volume. An Observe plan cannot buy; submit a new Long plan revision first.
Importing CSV
Use Preferences and Import CSV. Files must be UTF-8, at most 10 MB and 10,000 bars, with timestamp,open,high,low,close and optional volume. Timestamps must be unique and increasing. OHLC must be positive and follow low ≤ open/close ≤ high. Adjust tick size before confirming if the imported prices use a finer increment.
Backups and privacy
Export a backup in Preferences before uninstalling. An active session is exported as an observed-only read-only snapshot that cannot resume the blind exercise. Completed sessions retain their event history. Imported backups must use blind-replay-v2. No cloud practice-record synchronization is provided. Do not send private notes or full datasets in an initial support request.
Learning and accessibility
Field manuals contain twelve lessons, a teaching demonstration and self-checks. The glossary is searchable. Use the observed-data table as an accessible alternative to the chart. Appearance and candle direction colors can be changed in Preferences. Questions preserve the first and recent answer separately.
Contact and bug reports
The unverified contact address blindreplay@support.com has not been verified as an active inbox. It must be replaced with a monitored address before store submission. A useful bug report includes app version, iOS version, device model, exact steps, expected behavior and the displayed error. Never include brokerage credentials or other secrets. No response time or service-level guarantee is currently offered.

All built-in data is synthetic teaching material. The product provides no investment advice or guarantee of financial performance. Privacy and Terms are available from the app’s Preferences screen and this site.
